手外科における内視鏡手術

　近年，手外科領域における内視鏡手術はめざましい発展を遂げてきた．現在，手外科で行われている内視鏡手術は多岐にわたり，今後もさらなる発展が期待される．本稿では橈骨遠位端関節内骨折に対する鏡視下整復固定術，手関節拘縮に対する鏡視下手関節授動術，舟状骨骨折・遷延治癒・偽関節に対する鏡視下整復術・鏡視下骨移植術，三角線維軟骨複合体(TFCC)損傷に対する鏡視下TFCC縫合術，手根管症候群に対する鏡視下手根管開放術，弾発指に対する鏡視下腱鞘切開術など，比較的頻度の高い疾患に対する術式について紹介する．
