脊椎内視鏡手術

　脊椎内視鏡手術は単に傷が小さくて痛みが少ないというだけでなく，従来法では成し得なかったことが達成可能な新しいサージカルテクニックという側面も有している．本稿ではその代表的な事例として腰椎椎間孔部(椎間孔内および外)狭窄症に対する最新の脊椎内視鏡手術の実際と治療成績を紹介する．従来法では徹底した神経除圧と峡部・椎間関節の温存を両立することが困難であったが，脊椎内視鏡の導入によってこの問題は解決可能となった．脊椎内視鏡手術は今後，同病変における手術療法の新しいスタンダードになる可能性を有している．
