橈骨遠位端骨折に対する掌側ロッキングプレート固定の合併症とその対策

　近年，不安定型・橈骨遠位端骨折に対して掌側ロッキングプレートが臨床応用されるようになり，その良好な臨床治療成績から本骨折の手術的治療方法のゴールドスタンダードになりつつある．本内固定材料は初期固定性に優れるため，術後合併症の一つである矯正位損失は他の治療方法に比し少ない．しかし，その他の術後合併症として伸筋腱や屈筋腱障害，スクリューの関節内穿孔を含めたimplant failure，神経障害などが報告されている．本稿ではこれらの合併症とその対策について，文献的考察を加え述べる．
