頚椎硬膜外囊腫の1例

　稀な疾患である頚椎硬膜外囊腫の1例を経験したので報告する．症例は73歳の男性で，1カ月前から誘因なく右上下肢しびれ，巧緻運動障害が出現した．脳梗塞を疑われ，神経内科で精査するも明らかな原因を認めず，2週間後に四肢麻痺，立位困難となり，当科を受診した．MRI，脊髄造影後CT上，C3-5高位の硬膜外病変の診断で緊急手術を施行した．片側進入で除圧し，病変はガングリオンであった．術後1年半の現在，独歩可能となっている．
