腰椎変性すべり症に対するメッシュケージとハイブリッドケージによるMonoportal Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion（PLIF）の手術成績

　腰椎変性すべり症に対するmonoportal posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF)において，メッシュケージ2個のメッシュケージPLIFと，メッシュケージ1個とボックス型ケージ1個のハイブリッドケージPLIFの手術成績を比較検討した．メッシュケージ1個をボックス型ケージに置換することで，固定椎間の後方椎間板高比は増加し，ケージ沈下は減少し統計学的に有意差を認めた．ケージをハイブリッドにすることで，メッシュケージ2個に比して椎間の安定性が確実に得られ，変形の矯正保持や骨脆弱性のある症例に対して有用な術式になり得ると考えられた．
