臼蓋形成術（Lance-神中法）

　亜脱性股関節症患者に対する治療として，筆者らは適応を選び，棚形成術，寛骨臼回転骨切り術，Chiari骨盤骨切り術を行ってきた．神中法の原法はLanceが1925年に発表しており，筆者らは数多い棚形成術のなかから，神中法を好んで行っている．神中法の利点は，他の棚形成術と比較して術中にX線コントロールやイメージ撮影の必要がないこと，反転骨がフリーの骨移植とならず骨盤からの血流が残るため骨吸収の頻度が少ないことなどが挙げられる．神中法は手術侵襲が少なく，適応を選んで行えば良好な長期成績が期待できる．
