偏心性寛骨臼回転骨切り術

　偏心性寛骨臼回転骨切り術(以下，ERAO)の最新の手術適応・手術方法を述べ，その長期成績を報告する．15年以上経過した長期成績の対象は124例130関節で，手術時平均年齢は37.4歳，経過観察期間平均18.2年であった．ERAO術後の人工股関節置換(THA)は13関節，Harris Hip Score80点未満の成績不良例は26関節であった．Kaplan-Meier法による全症例の関節生存率は，THAをend pointとすると15年で95.3％であった．多変量解析でTHAに至る成績不良因子は，術前最小関節裂げき2.1mm以下，関節不適合，外反骨切り併用，術後亜脱臼の4つであった．
