デスモイド腫瘍の治療

　デスモイド腫瘍は手術による広範切除が治療の基本であるが，再発率が高い．再発例や切除不能例もしくは不十分な切除縁になってしまった術後症例には放射線療法または薬物療法が行われる．薬物療法としては，インドメタシンなどの消炎鎮痛薬やタモキシフェンによる抗エストロゲン療法が行われている．また，ビンブラスチンと低用量のメトトレキサートによる化学療法の治療効果も示されている．近年では，分子標的薬であるイマチニブでの治療が行われることがある．筆者が行っている抗アレルギー薬のトラニラストによる治療も有効である．
