骨線維性異形成（osteofibrous dysplasia：OFD）の診断と治療

　骨線維性異形成は10歳以下の脛骨と腓骨に好発する骨腫瘍類似疾患である．よって，その治療の目的は，合併する病的骨折，変形などの臨床的問題の解決で，特に問題がなければ経過観察も一つの方法である．また，15歳以下では再発傾向が極めて強く，局所コントロールのためには広範切除が必要となる．しかし，思春期以降では本疾患の活動性が低下するため，その治療法については様々な考えがある．さらに，悪性疾患であるアダマンチノーマとの鑑別も問題となる．本疾患の治療は，治療時の年齢，臨床的問題，アダマンチノーマとの鑑別を総合的に判断して行うことが重要と考えられる．
