単純性/単発性骨囊腫の治療

　単純性骨囊腫の治療目的は病的骨折の予防にある．長管骨単純性骨囊腫では種々の治療法があるものの，再発が問題となる．再発を完全に抑える方法は現在のところないが，最近，複数の治療法の組み合わせによる良好な治療成績が報告されている．一方，若干高い年齢層でみられる踵骨骨囊腫は，搔爬後の人工骨移植のみで良好な成績が報告されている．長管骨，踵骨の単純性骨囊腫はひとくくりにされてはいるが，成因，組織所見，治療成績が異なるため，これらは分離した疾患単位ではないかと推測している．
