骨巨細胞腫の治療

　骨巨細胞腫は良性骨腫瘍に分類されるが，局所活動性の高い腫瘍であるため再発を来しやすく，時に難治性となる．繰り返す再発は，関節機能に大きな障害を及ぼす可能性があるため，慎重な治療計画が必要である．骨巨細胞腫の治療の基本は，徹底的な搔爬と骨充塡材による骨欠損部の再建だが，症例によってはen bloc切除やプロステーシスによる再建も考慮する．また，骨肉腫との鑑別が困難な症例もあるため，術前診断を慎重に行うのは言うまでもないが，術後経過の慎重なフォローアップも必要である．
