髄内釘骨接合術

　髄内釘は長管骨骨折に対する骨接合術に用いるインプラントとして第1選択になっているが，現在のように手術器具が整備されて，誰でも使える手技として普及するようになってまだ30年程度しか経っていない．長い発展の歴史を振り返りながら，最近の目まぐるしい変化についても述べてみたい．
