スポーツによるLisfranc関節損傷の診断と治療

　スポーツによるLisfranc関節損傷は画像所見において変化に乏しいsubtle injuryとなることが多い．そのため，実際の損傷よりも軽傷と判断されがちであるが，正確な不安定性の診断と適切な治療が行われなければスポーツ復帰に大きな支障を来すことになる．

　本稿ではsubtle injuryの一般的な診断法と治療法，さらには筆者らの治療方針アルゴリズムについて解説する．
