Taylor Spatial Frameの矯正精度―脛骨変形矯正症例での評価

　目的：Taylor Spatial Frameで変形矯正を行った脛骨65肢の矯正精度を調査した．

　対象と方法：変形の原因は，先天性31肢，発達性13肢，外傷性21肢であった．重症度に従い1D群：延長(14肢)，2D群：延長＋1平面での変形(14肢)，3D群：延長＋2平面での変形(32肢)，4D群：延長＋3平面での変形(5肢)に分けて比較した．正確さの評価は目標誤差5°以下を許容した．アライメントをインデックス化し各群間の比較を行った．

　結果：誤差5°以下の矯正は92％の症例で得られた．矯正後のアライメントは各群間に有意差を認めなかった．

　まとめ：Taylor Spatial Frameにより，変形の重症度に関係なく正確な矯正が行われた．
