　経頭蓋電気刺激筋誘発電位Br(E)-MsEPは，最も汎用されている術中脊髄機能モニタリングである．しかし，定まった警告基準(アラームポイント)がない．われわれはBr(E)-MsEPの振幅70％の低下をアラームポイントと定め，多施設前向き研究を行った．その結果578例を対象とし，true positiveは18例(3.1％)，false positiveは43例(7.4％)，false negativeは2例(0.3％)であった．感度は90％，特異度は91.7％であり，振幅低下70％をアラームポイントとした場合に良好な成績が得られた．
