腫瘍脊椎骨全摘術の周術期管理のポイント

　われわれは脊椎悪性腫瘍，特に転移性脊椎腫瘍患者の生存率の向上を目指して，これまで局所根治のみを目的としていた腫瘍脊椎骨全摘術(TES)に腫瘍凍結免疫を応用し，術後のがん免疫増強が同時に期待できる新しい手術を開発し施行している．この手術は以前に比べて侵襲が小さくなってきてはいるものの，この手術を安全に行うためには周術期管理に精通していなければならない．そこで周術期管理のコツを出血対策，髄液漏・胸水貯留対策，感染対策，術後肋間神経痛対策の4つに分けて述べる．
