症例

患者：46歳，男性

主訴：左膝関節痛

現病歴：海上で水上オートバイを運転している際に体勢を崩し転倒．膝を強く捻った際に関節の亜脱臼感があった．現地の救急病院で血性関節液を穿刺された後にシーネ固定され，手術目的で当院を紹介され受診した．

既往歴：特記すべきことなし．
