症例

症例：45歳，男性，右利き，土木作業員

主訴：左手関節痛・可動域制限，左手指のしびれ

現病歴：仕事中に5mの高さから転落して受傷した．脳挫傷，頭蓋骨骨折，骨盤骨折，外傷性血気胸に対して救命センターで初期治療を受ける．全身状態が落ち着いた後も左手関節の症状が改善せず，受傷後5週目に受診となる．
