症例

患者：32歳，女性

主訴：右肘関節強直

既往歴：関節リウマチ(RA)〔16歳時発症，越智分類⁹⁾MES(more erosive disease)，Steinbrocker機能分類Class Ⅲ〕

手術歴：なし

職業：家事手伝い

現病歴：RAのため抗リウマチ薬(DMARDs)による投薬療法を受けていたが，27歳時に右肘関節が強直に至り放置していた．29歳時，生物学的製剤エタネルセプト使用を開始し全身関節の腫脹や関節痛が改善したため，ADLが向上していた．32歳時，利き手である右上肢のリーチ機能の向上を目的に，右肘関節の関節可動域の拡大を希望された．同時期での投薬はエタネルセプト50mg/週とメトトレキサート6mg/週であった．
