培養骨髄細胞移植を併用した骨延長術

文献概要

　骨延長術では仮骨形成が促進されれば，治療期間が短縮し合併症が減少することが期待される．われわれは培養骨髄細胞と多血小板血漿の移植による細胞治療を開発し，これまで100骨以上に本法を併用した骨延長術を施行してきた．軟骨無形成症に対する治療では，従来法と比較してhealing indexおよび治療を要する合併症の頻度は有意に減少した．本法は厚生労働省高度・先進医療評価会議で承認され，ヒト幹細胞指針に基づく再生医療としては本邦初の保険併用が認められた細胞治療であり，従来の同種骨あるいは自家骨移植の代用となり得る可能性を秘めている．
