症例

患者：20歳　男性

主訴：起立歩行困難，腰背部痛，両下肢しびれ

現病歴：突然の腰背部痛と両下肢しびれ，運動障害を生じ，急速に進行し起立歩行が困難となり，当科を紹介され受診した．
