誌上シンポジウム 腰椎変性側弯症の手術―現状と課題

中高年齢患者の脊柱矢状面形態異常に対する広範囲（胸椎上部-仙椎）矯正固定術

　中高年齢層の矢状面形態異常による著しいADL障害に対する上中位胸椎-仙骨に至る広範囲矯正固定術の中長期成績を報告した．胸椎-胸腰椎-腰椎における良好なアラインメントは長期的に獲得維持できるが，術後に得られた矢状面バランスは最終的には維持できなかった．しかし，上部消化管障害が全例改善することを含め，術後QOLに関しては高侵襲手術にしては良好と判断された．股関節機能の検討が術後矢状面バランスの改善・維持のキーとなる可能性が示唆された．
