脊柱後弯症の手術（第3回/全3回）

重度角状後弯，後側弯の矯正骨切り術

　結核性脊椎炎，先天性奇形，外傷などの後遺症として生じる後弯は重度のangulation typeとなるため，円背型と異なって，ごく最近まで前方＋後方のcombined operationにより取り組まれてきた．以下，代表的な手術を紹介したい．
