腰椎椎間板ヘルニアに対する手術成績と心理的要因―整形外科患者に対する精神医学的問題評価のための簡易質問票（BS-POP）を用いた検討：前向き研究

　【背景】本研究の目的は，腰椎椎間板ヘルニアにおける術前の整形外科患者に対する精神医学的問題評価のための簡易質問票(以下，BS-POP)と手術成績との関係を明らかにすることである．

　【対象と方法】腰椎椎間板ヘルニアに対して手術を行った30例を対象とした．対象を術前のBS-POPで正常群と異常群に分けて前向きに比較検討した．

　【結果】BS-POP異常群は正常群と比較して，術後1年時の健康関連QOL尺度SF-36の身体機能(PF)と社会生活機能(SF)得点が有意に低かった．すなわち，BS-POP異常群は正常群と比較して，術後1年時のQOLが劣る．

　【結論】術前におけるBS-POPによる評価は，手術成績不良例をスクリーニングできる可能性がある．
