色素性絨毛結節性滑膜炎（PVNS）

　色素性絨毛結節性滑膜炎は，少数の構成細胞に転座による融合遺伝子が検出されることがわかり，病態形成に関与することが明らかとなってきた．治療に関しては，現在でもopen synovectomyによる病変の徹底的な切除が治療の中心であるが，術後の合併症を軽減するために，症例によっては関節鏡視下切除の適応を考慮すべきである．また融合遺伝子が病因と考えられる良性の腫瘍性疾患であることから，手術以外の薬物・放射線治療の適応についても利点・欠点を考慮して治療戦略を立てることが重要である．
