症例

症例：51歳，男性

主訴：両下肢不全麻痺，排尿障害

既往歴：特記すべきことなし．

現病歴：縄跳びをしていた後に背部痛が出現し，その2週後に両下肢の脱力感が出現した．翌日には下肢脱力のため歩行不能となり，排尿も困難となった．このため当院救急部受診となった．
