症例

症例：80歳，男性

既往歴：脳梗塞，進行中の認知症

現病歴：耕耘機の刃に右下肢を巻き込まれて，右下腿の開放性骨折を受傷した．受傷後1時間を経て救急車で，家族とともに病院に搬送された．来院時は不穏状態で，ショック状態であったが，循環動態は補液と輸血により安定した．
