乾癬性関節炎の母指MP関節亜脱臼に対する治療経験

　乾癬性関節炎の手指病変に対する手術加療について1例報告する．53歳男性，皮膚所見は沈静化するも，炎症反応陽性および両母指MP関節亜脱臼を呈した症例である．メソトレキサート投与で炎症反応正常化の後，full-thread screwを用いた右母指MP関節固定術を施行した．術後感染なく経過し，ピンチ動作，握力の改善を認め，現職復帰した．本症例では，感染に注意し，罹患関節の強直を修正して，つまみ動作の把持力を上げるための関節固定術を施行し，良好な手指機能が獲得された．
