骨端核の圧潰と著明な外側隆起を生じたペルテス病の1例

　低年齢発症のペルテス病であっても常に成績良好とは限らず，治療を要する例は存在する．今回われわれは，大腿骨頭骨端核が圧潰して外側に隆起を伴い，著明な外転制限を認めた3歳1カ月のペルテス病女児例を経験した．介達牽引と長内転筋腱切腱術で可動域を改善させて，Batchelor型免荷外転装具によるcontainment療法を施行した．高度な骨頭変形は，確実なcontainment療法により球型に修復した．治療経過を若干の考察を加えて報告する．
