内反変形膝に対して行ったdouble level osteotomyの2例

　遠位大腿骨骨切り術と高位脛骨骨切り術を同時に行うdouble level osteotomyの2例を経験した．内反変形の原因である骨性変形が大腿骨，脛骨の両方にある場合，高位脛骨骨切り術だけでは膝関節面傾斜が増大し，非生理的な膝関節となる．この非生理的膝関節面傾斜を予防し，解剖学的な膝関節面角度を獲得できるのがdouble level osteotomyである．
