手術で目指すべきアライメントとは—三楽フォーミュラを用いた手術プランニング

　成人脊柱変形の矯正に必要な矯正角度の算出方法として三楽フォーミュラを考案した．Pelvic incidenceの大きさに応じた正常pelvic tilt値を設定し，これをもとに骨盤を正常化(pelvic tiltを正常化)したうえで脊椎の矯正角度を算出する方法である．画像を用いるため直視的で理解しやすく，術前プランニングに有用である．
