L5/S椎間孔外狭窄に対する後方除圧術後に仙骨骨折を生じた1例

　L5/S椎間孔外狭窄に対する後方除圧術後に仙骨骨折を生じた1例を経験したので報告する．症例は80歳女性で，L5/S椎間孔外狭窄に対し，仙骨翼部分切除を含む後方除圧術を施行した．術後3週，誘因なく腰仙部痛が出現し，MRIとCTで仙骨骨折(両側縦骨折，Denis zoneⅠ)と診断した．L5/S椎間孔外狭窄に対する後方除圧後の患者において，歩行開始後に腰仙部痛が出現した場合，仙骨骨折を鑑別の1つに挙げ，画像精査を考慮すべきである．
