反復性肩関節脱臼に対する鏡視下手術

　筆者が開発した技術やアイディアで，現在，反復性肩関節脱臼(以下，反復脱)治療に大きな影響を与えているのは，①術前診断において今や常識化している，上腕骨頭を外した関節窩の術前3DCT検査⁵⁾，②関節鏡視下にカニューラを使用しない関節内でのスーチャーリレー法⁶⁾，③骨性Bankart病変の修復^3,7,8)の3点であろうか．
