症例

症例：51歳，男性

主訴：左鼠径部痛，両胸部痛，腰背部痛

既往歴：特になし

現病歴：当科初診時の2年3カ月前から左鼠径部痛を自覚していた．その後，徐々に痛みの範囲が胸部や背部に拡大した．近医で保存療法を施行されたが，症状は改善せず，徐々に痛みが増強し，歩行困難となったため当科へ紹介された．
