小児の頚椎に生じたランゲルハンス細胞組織球症に対し保存加療を施行した2例

　小児の頚椎に発生したランゲルハンス細胞組織球症(以下，LCH)と考えられる症例に対し，ステロイド加療を行い奏効した2例を経験したので報告する．症例は6歳および13歳の男児で，主訴はともに頚部痛であり，画像検査で頚椎の溶骨性病変を認めた．LCHの可能性を考え入院管理下にステロイド加療を施行し，症状の消失および骨形成を認め軽快退院となった．小児の頚椎に生じた腫瘍様病変でLCHを強く疑う際は，ステロイド加療を試みるのも1つの選択肢と考えられた．
