健常成人に発生したサルモネラによる膝関節周囲膿瘍の1例

　われわれは健常成人の膝関節周囲に発生したサルモネラ膿瘍の1例を経験した．症例は25歳男性で，38℃台の発熱と膝関節痛および周囲の腫脹があった．MRIで大腿内側広筋内から膝窩部に多房性の腫瘤像を認め，膿瘍を疑い穿刺で白色の膿を吸引した．培養で非チフス性サルモネラ菌が検出された．切開排膿ドレナージと抗菌薬投与で治癒した．
