テニス肘の病態—解剖学の所見から

　テニス肘に関係する肘関節外側部における解剖学的知見を関節内・外の双方から解説する．短橈側手根伸筋(ECRB)は他の伸筋群の中で最も遠位前方から腱成分のみで起始する腱である．その深層構造である関節包にはECRB起始部の「前方では非常に薄い」，「遠位後方では回外筋とともに複合体を形成していて厚い」という局在性が存在する．ECRB起始部の特殊性とその前方関節包付着部の脆弱性が隣接して存在していることにより，古くから唱えられるECRB付着部症や滑膜ひだなどの関節内・外病変が病態として共存しているのではないかと推測している．
