難治性テニス肘の画像診断—MRIによる短橈側手根伸筋（ECRB）腱信号変化とsynovial fringeの評価

　難治性テニス肘11例ではMRI T2強調像高信号変化が全例にみられ，synovial fringeは2例で認められた．直視下所見では全例とも短橈側手根伸筋(ECRB)腱起始部の変性，部分断裂が認められた．切除したECRB腱起始部の病理所見はangiofibroblastic tendinosisであった．このことから，ECRB腱のMRI信号変化は，ECRB腱起始部の変性，断裂像として捉えることが可能である．
