テニス肘の保存療法

　テニス肘は自然に症状が改善すると報告されている疾患である．保存療法としては自然に治癒することを考慮した生活指導がメインとなり，その他，非ステロイド性抗炎症薬(NSAIDs)内服・外用，リハビリテーション，装具，注射療法，自己血注射，plate rich plasma(PRP)，レーザー療法，ボツリヌス毒素注射，glyceryl trinitrate transdermal patch，体外衝撃波療法などが挙げられる．しかし現在，文献的にも絶対的に確立した保存治療の方法はなく，症状に合わせて治療法を選択していく必要があると考えられる．
