はじめに

　骨・関節症状を呈する疾患には，しばしば皮膚病変が合併することもあり，皮膚病変が診断の手掛かりとなることも多い．本稿では，関節リウマチ，乾癬性関節炎，掌蹠膿疱症(掌蹠膿疱症性骨関節炎)，反応性関節炎といった骨・関節病変に皮膚病変を合併する疾患について解説する．
