股関節鏡視下手術—歴史的変遷

　股関節鏡視下手術は近年，急速に発展してきた手術である．膝関節や肩関節に遅れて発展してきた印象のある股関節鏡視下手術ではあるが，その歴史は古く，1930年代には最初の股関節鏡視下手術が報告されている．最初の報告から30年間の空白を経て徐々に発展し，2003年のfemoroacetabular impingementの概念の確立がブレイクスルーとなり，現在も右肩上がりの発展を続けている．今回，股関節鏡視下手術の歴史的変遷をたどり，文献的報告を中心に股関節鏡視下手術発展の歴史を述べる．
