股関節鏡の基本手技—セーフセットアップ，合併症予防

　股関節は人類の関節の中で皮膚表層から最も深い位置にある関節のひとつであり，さらに骨頭を寛骨臼が被覆している形態の特徴がある．そのため元来，関節内鏡視のworking spaceを広げるために，十分な股関節牽引が必要である．広範囲の鏡視が可能な70°斜視鏡を使用する．使用する器具・機械も一般的な膝関節鏡器具では長さが足りない場合があり，股関節鏡専用の器具の使用が推奨される．

　股関節鏡手術は，術式の工夫に伴い，神経障害や皮膚障害などさまざまな合併症が惹起される危険性がある．本稿では，合併症の頻度，それを予防するための股関節鏡視下手術に対するセーフセットアップ，対策について記述する．
