FAIに対する股関節鏡視下手術

　近年，大腿骨寛骨臼インピンジメント(FAI)治療において，侵襲の小さい股関節鏡視下手術はゴールデンスタンダードとなりつつある．本稿では，ポータル作製から関節包縫合までの各手技について紹介する．手術は2ポータルで行っているが，症例によってはポータル数を増やしている．関節包切開後に関節内の評価を行い，損傷関節唇を臼蓋縁から剝離した後にpincerを切除する．関節唇機能の低下は変形性股関節症の一因となりうるため，関節唇は縫合もしくは再建を行っている．Camを切除したのちに，関節包を縫合し手術を終了している．
