Balloon kyphoplastyとテリパラチド週1回製剤を用いた骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折に対する地域連携パスの試み

　背景：骨粗鬆症性椎体骨折に対し経皮的椎体形成術(以下，BKP)とテリパラチド週1回注射製剤(以下PTH週1製剤)を用いた地域連携パス(以下，パス)を行っているので報告する．

　対象と方法：BKP施行後，PTH週1製剤を導入し，診療所に注射を依頼している34症例を対象とした．パス手帳を作成し，当院でも経過観察を行った．

　結果：VAS値，EQ-5Dともに，BKP前に比べて1週後，6カ月後とも有意に改善した．5例(14.7%)で再骨折があった．

　まとめ：診療所でPTH週1製剤注射を受けられること，病院とパスを通して情報を共有しながら治療を行うことができるメリットがあった．
