スポーツ選手の第5中足骨疲労骨折（Jones骨折）に対する髄内スクリュー固定術の工夫と治療成績

　背景：Jones骨折に対する髄内スクリュー固定術で，ガイドピン刺入前に肥厚した骨皮質をK-wireでリーミングすることで，十分な長さと径のスクリューを挿入できるよう工夫し，臨床成績を検討した．

　対象と方法：11例11足を対象とした．スクリューの径，長さ，中足骨長に対するスクリュー長の割合，骨癒合までの期間を検討した．

　結果：平均値はそれぞれ径4.5mm，長さ53mm，スクリュー長の割合74%，骨癒合までの期間9週であった．

　まとめ：本術式はスクリューの適切な挿入とJones骨折の治療に有効である．
