ハンドボールにおける競技復帰

　ハンドボール選手の脱臼を治療するにあたって，コンタクトスポーツであり投球競技でもあるハンドボールの特性を理解して治療プランを決定しなければならない．また，腱板損傷や上方関節唇損傷を伴うことは決して稀でなく，背景にオーバーユースの要素が存在することを忘れず手術を行う必要がある．術式選択では，鏡視下手術か観血的手術か，関節内修復か関節外再建か，あるいはこれらを組み合わせて行うかといった決定がなされねばならない．われわれはISISスコアを指標とし，5点以上の場合では原則として観血的烏口突起移行術を選択している．
