　反復性肩関節脱臼となったスポーツ選手は，繰り返す脱臼や疼痛によりスポーツ継続が困難となる．選手のスポーツ復帰を目的とし低侵襲の鏡視下Bankart修復術が行われる．その術式のメリットを最大限に活かし，かつ選手の復帰までのモチベーションを維持向上させるために，われわれは術後の復帰プログラムを作成し選手に提示している．本稿ではスポーツ選手に対する鏡視下Bankart修復術後の復帰プログラムについて述べる．
