腱板断裂の疫学

■はじめに

　腱板断裂は日常診療でよく遭遇する疾患の1つであるが，その疫学についてはいまだに不明な点が多い．本稿ではわれわれが群馬県片品村において2006年から毎年継続して実施している運動器検診のデータをもとに，腱板断裂の頻度，リスクファクター，症候性断裂と無症候性断裂の割合，さらにどのような断裂が症候性となるのかについて述べる．
