人工関節術前鼻腔MRSAスクリーニング検査

　背景：当科では人工関節(股，膝)を施行した患者494人に対しMRSAのスクリーニング検査を行い，陽性であった患者には除菌処置を施行している．

　対象：本検査を施行する以前の1年間の人工関節患者をコントロール群とし，各々検査の陽性率，術後SSIの発生率を比較検討した．また入院歴，糖尿病の既往のある人工関節患者に対しても同様に比較検討を行った．

　結果：MRSA陽性率は5.3％，MSSA陽性率は17.8％であり，SSIの発生はコントロール群で1.53％，スクリーニング群で1.21％であった．

　まとめ：両群でのSSIの発生率に有意差は認めなかったが，サンプル数の寡少もあり除菌処置についてはさらなる検討が必要と考えられた．
