左殿部に発生した侵襲性血管粘液腫（aggressive angiomyxoma）の1例

　侵襲性血管粘液腫は青壮年女性の会陰部や骨盤腔に発生する稀な腫瘍で，再発率が高く，体幹，四肢発生は極めて稀である．症例は70歳女性で，腫瘤は，MRIでT1強調像で低信号，T2強調像で不均一な高信号を示し，周囲に被膜様構造がみられ，坐骨結節に接し，大殿筋を圧排していた．また，T2強調像で腫瘤内部に渦巻き状の低信号域がみられた．1cm wide marginでの広範切除を行った．組織所見は，粘液腫様の間質に毛細血管の増生を認め，細胞密度は低く，臨床所見と合わせて侵襲性血管粘液腫と診断した．術後1年半で再発はない．
